Courses For Full Credit 2010
The following courses are offered as full credit courses which meet four hours per day for six weeks. Students are expected to make a serious commitment to complete the course requirements. Upon completion, the final grade will be recorded on each student's transcript but will not be included in calculating their GPA.

Description:

This intensive survey of U.S. History from Colonial times to the present emphasizes historical themes and issues. This is a challenging, accelerated program for those students wishing to satisfy the U.S. History requirement in the summer. A text and supplementary materials from primary sources, as well as outside readings and films are used. Students participate in writing, debate and dialogue with occasional field trips.
Note: In addition to tuition a small fee will be charged for field trip transportation.
